Carlton at-the-Club
This 18-storey 182-unit lifestyle oriented residential development was completed in 1992. The project was the fastest selling multi-family development on the North Shore. The overall quality of the building and finishes has been recognized by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association who awarded Carlton at-the-Club two Georgie Awards. The development also involved the upgrade and rehabilitation of the neighbouring North Shore Winter Club (Total Area: 180,000 square feet).
