City in-the-Park

The focal point of the development is the large formal garden featuring a signature entrance gate, a large reflecting pool adorned with fountains and a grand staircase.

The entire park is framed by rows of maple trees planted on either side of a gravel path forming an "allee". The simple formal pattern of clipped hedging, lawns, annuals and swirls of roses are "knit" together, giving a feeling of space, security and oneness with nature.

The gardens are an integral part of the development, which itself is surrounded by parks with mature westcoast trees and nature trails.
